Aman's south-coast retreat sits above a private crescent of beach, cocooned by a coconut grove. Thirty free-standing suites each have a private plunge pool, and the 47-metre main pool cascades down toward the sea. It is deliberately unshowy, deeply quiet, and priced accordingly.
